Sole representative visas allow companies looking to register a company in the UK to send a representative that is employed internationally to come to the UK for the purpose of representing the business. The earliest applicants apply is 3 months before travel, where decisions are made within 8 weeks. The visa grants permission to stay for 3 years and you may be able to extend your visa (for another 2 years). There must be no other business branch in the UK and applicants must meet the English Language requirements, depending on the nationals country. You must intend to work full-time for the company in the UK and not undertake other employment.
